Cut down on the sugar

Cutting back on sugar can cut your risk for tooth decay considerably. The most convenient way to cut back on sugar is to reduce the number of sugary treats you buy.
Make sure you change your toothbrush head more often
Dentists recommend that you shoudl change your toothbrush or toothbrush head every 3 months. However you should replace the toothbrush or the brush head sooner if the bristles of the head are clearly worn, frayed or damaged in any way.
